If you change your mind about your piece, Sheila Box jewelry will happily offer a gift card to the amount of 110% of your purchase or a refund of 100%, excluding the shipping costs Sheila Box has already incurred and gift wrapping. All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your piece.

All return requests will be reviewed within 24 hours and please allow 5 days for your return to be processed once received.
Sheila Box jewelry will not accept any pieces when:
1. A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging
2. No refunds on sale products
Warranty:
Sheila Box jewelry offers an 6 month manufacturing warranty on its items, which covers faulty clasps & faulty links in some jewelry. In the rare case that breakage occurs due to a manufacturing fault within the first 6 months purchase , Sheila Box jewelry will happily repair the item or offer a gift card to the full amount paid and return it free of charge. If damage has occurred due personal wear & tear, discoloration due to metal-skin reaction, mishandling or not caring for your piece, it will not be covered under warranty.
